A charge is agreed at the start with no hidden extras.

Quality furniture/antiques will undoubtedly offset any of these charges, this again will be discussed at the beginning.

How can we clear for free? Easy! If any property contains sufficient saleable goods, then consider the remainder removed for free. We always try to offset any charges in this way, if however the balance is in your favour e.g. more saleable goods than waste you will then be given the current market value in cash. Churchill's have been clearing properties on this basis for many years and in the current financial climate this really will save you £££s.

Professional cleaning service

After a bereavement or long term illness many properties and gardens can fall into neglect. Upon the property being respectfully cleared of furniture and effects, if required our cleaning team will call and carry out the necessary work. We are told time and time again that this takes a lot of pressure away from families who are already having to deal with very difficult circumstances.
