How do we Clear Houses ?
PRIOR TO THE HOUSE CLEARANCE
From the time you email via the Enquiry Form or use our freephone telephone number, our team will be in touch with you to discuss the requirements and/or query at a time to suit yourselves. We will require additional information regards the size of property and what access and parking is available onsite. We would like to know in advance if there will be any large items in the property. We expect wardrobes & kitchen 'white' products, however if we know in advance that there is anything unusual or a removal of a vehicle is necessary, it is all appreciated. We will agree a fee. This amount will not be amended at any time unless renegotiated and agreed upon. We will agree a date and a time for the property clearance. We shall also agree a time and place to meet you, but if you can't be there, then we will gain details of your estate agent or solicitor and make contact with them to acquiring the keys. You don't have to do anything else prior to the property clearance. We don't ask for you to sort, bag or box up any of the items. Just leave it all to our team. We'll do all the work.
ON CLEARANCE DAY
The Churchill’s Team will meet you or your representative at the property and at the time and date initially agreed. We will ask you to confirm to us precisely what you would like clearing, ensuring you indicate to us, everything you do not want clearing or removing from the house. Churchill’s will then begin to empty the whole house, including all areas specified. When the property is empty, we will leave it clear and tidy. Churchill’s will then contact you and ask for you or your representative to meet us at the property, to check everything has been cleared to your approval. We have never had a disappointed or dissatisfied customer in over 30 years of doing property clearances. On acceptance from you that the job is complete, It is then that we ask for payment from you.
