Once contact has been made with us, you can be confident everything will be taken care of.

We can collect the keys from your office or a convenient location, or alternatively you can post them out to us. You will be given a time and a date when we will carry out the clearance and it will be done on that date at the time we stated.

All work will be complete within the time frame we quoted and the property emptied.

Everything dealt with and left clear and tidy.

We will invoice you, including a full VAT invoice immediately upon completion, for both you and your client's records.

So in basic terms, once you have instructed us, from your point of view, that's the property clearance taken care of.
